Mountain hut is only 10 minutes under top of the mountain (1630m). Ground floor was rebuilt from ex. Italian barrack in year 1949, first floor was built-up in years 1980-1984. Inside are kitchen, two dining rooms for 70 guests, two inside and two outside toilets, two showers with cold / hot water, in first floor are eight rooms with 2 till 6 beds (all together 34) and two common rooms for 26 guests. In hut can stay overnight all together 60 guests. From year 1996 onwards hut is supplied with solar electricity, diesel generating set is only for reserve. Mountain refuge is regulary opened from last week of June till middle of September, outside this term is mostly opened only in case of nice weather over weekend (see also our info page).
